MEET THE FOUNDER
Lyndsey McMillan, Founder
In the span of four months my family and friends lost the lives of 3 loved ones through a suicidal death. Through this personal experience with loss, I gained a new perspective on what it meant to learn how to live life after a loved one passes, but I also developed a better understanding for the needs of those left to grieve.
I founded this company after witnessing the disconnect of whole recovery from other competitors in the industry of biohazard remediation. It is important for me to build a company that can approach each situation with empathy, professionalism, and the ability to restore emotional health. To conduct ourselves in a manner that exemplifies integrity and safety to protect those vulnerable from loss. I am a Chrisitan wanting to utilize my God given skills to provide a service that can support our community in a much greater capacity.
I graduated from Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL with a bachelor’s in science for Criminal Justice and minor in Psychology. I am board certified as an Addiction Counselor Professional (CAP) and Internationally Certified for Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC). Most recently, furthering my education by becoming a certified firm through IICRC as a Trauma Crime Scene Technician (TCST).
Solace is a stand-alone company specifically for forensic remediation. I am ready to challenge the industry with our top-of-the-line approach and a drive to change the way we handle biohazard cleaning.
